Vista Point ships worldwide, using reliable and secure couriers to ensure a positive home shopping experience for you.

You can check the shipping costs during the order completion process by adding your shipping address and corresponding postal code. If the currency is different, the equivalent value in euros will apply.

Our shipping service operates Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, on non-holiday weekdays. Orders are not prepared for shipment on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders received during holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day. Orders within Italy are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.

How to Make Your Online Experience Simpler and More Satisfying:

  • During checkout, ensure you have entered a correct shipping address, paying particular attention to your area’s postal code. Once your order has been shipped, changing the delivery address is not easy. Doing so typically results in one or more days of delay on the initially expected delivery date.

  • Before we can ship your order, you may need to wait for confirmation from your credit card issuer. We will do our best to minimize the waiting time.

  • We work closely with the couriers we entrust with our shipments to minimize potential delays; however, we cannot predict events such as strikes, weather disruptions, or changes to international shipping routes. In the event of such unforeseen circumstances, we will carefully monitor the delivery to ensure it is completed.

  • Before shipping, we carefully inspect the quality of each item and ensure it is free from defects. If you receive a product and have any doubts, please contact us immediately by emailing info@vistapointottica.com.

Customs Fees:
Shipments to destinations within the European Union are not subject to import taxes. For destinations in the United Kingdom, North America, and the Rest of the World, customs duties and taxes may apply and will be the buyer's responsibility. The customs fees will be presented by the delivery carrier and must be paid before delivery.

Prices are inclusive of VAT. Therefore, no additional tax charges will be requested by the carrier upon delivery.
