At Vista Point, we are committed to ensuring that your purchase is always rewarding. If, for any reason, your purchase does not satisfy you, you have 14 days to return it. We invite you to review our Return and Refund Policy:

Return Period

To initiate a return request, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order. The withdrawal period, during which you can exercise the right to return the product, expires 14 days after the day you or a person designated by you (other than the delivery carrier) takes physical possession of the ordered product. In the case of multiple products ordered in the same order but delivered separately, the 14-day period starts individually for each item from the day you physically take possession of each individually delivered item.

How to Request a Return

To initiate your return request, please contact our Customer Service via email at info@vistapointottica.com. We will provide all the necessary assistance and send you the information required to return the purchased product(s).

To ensure a smooth return process, we invite you to obtain authorization from our Customer Service before returning the item. Any item returned without our authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Period

Returned items must be shipped within 10 days of Vista Point srls' acceptance of the return request. Please ensure you return the item promptly to avoid losing your right to a refund or delays in the refund process.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all accessories and the original packaging intact. We will not be able to refund items that do not meet these criteria. Please note that the responsibility for the returned item lies with the buyer until it is delivered back to us. For further information on the right of return and refund, please refer to our Terms and Conditions document.

Refund Process

The responsibility for the returned item lies with you until the package reaches us and is delivered. Once the returned item is received and its eligibility is verified, we will initiate the refund process. You will be refunded the price paid for the item, while the shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility. Shipping costs and any taxes incurred are the consumer's responsibility and are non-refundable. The processing time for the refund may vary depending on the payment method used.

Exclusions

Items on sale cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Custom frames, including those with prescription lenses and non-prescription lenses, are not eligible for a refund unless they are defective or do not match the prescription provided at the time of purchase. In case of a defect or discrepancy with the prescription, please contact our Customer Service immediately by emailing info@vistapointottica.com.

Defects upon Delivery

All items we ship are internally checked before shipment through a quality control process. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, you must contact us immediately. We will be happy to assist you and help resolve the issue.
